Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Pose Slash application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") for mobile devices, created by MPT Dev (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to these terms. We recommend that you read and understand these terms carefully before using the App. Unauthorized copying, modification of the App or any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the App’s source code, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the App or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider guarantees that any fees related to the App or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The App stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider to deliver its Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the App. The Service Provider advises you not to jailbreak or root your phone, which means removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. Such actions could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and cause the App to malfunction or stop working altogether.

Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain matters. Some functions of the App require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the App does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or if you have run out of mobile data.
If you use the App outside of Wi-Fi coverage, please remember that the terms of your mobile network provider’s agreement will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the App, or by other third parties. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data fees if you use the App outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the App, it will be assumed that you have received permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for how you use the App. For example, you are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Regarding the Service Provider’s liability for your use of the App, it is important to note that although they strive to ensure all information is current and accurate, they rely on third parties to provide information that allows them to do so. The Service Provider accepts no legal responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the App.
The Service Provider may wish to update the App at some point. The App is currently available based on the requirements of the operating system (and any additional systems to which they extend the App’s availability). The requirements for the system may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the App. The Service Provider does not guarantee that they will always update the App so that it remains relevant or compatible with your specific device or operating system version. However, you agree to always accept updates to the App when offered. The Service Provider may also stop providing the App and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise notified, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the App and delete it from your device if necessary.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of October 9, 2025.
